Noel Lala I went into this outlet at Bhagwansingh's compound (store # 10336) and was served by Desiree Scott.She was very pleasant and polite.They did not have any pieces of breasts and i asked her if i can have two pieces of leg instead.She asked me if i would have the time to wait until they can have the other pieces prepared.I told her no .She showed no signs of tardiness.She was not hesitant and dealt with me very patiently.she is very customer oriented.My name is Noel and this is my e mail address17 days ago

Unverified User From St.Vincent. I think their service has improved with the addition of the microphone. The chicken tastes good but the quantity of fries you get is rather small, very small. It seems that you get a certain sauce only with a particular meal. That should not be so.about 1 month ago

the inside was clean. food is tasty. My major concern is the service, after you have made your order, the service then becomes null; too slow for the amount of staff that is visible to fill your order, it takes a long time time for items that are already available to be filled. There are lots of people waiting on their orders. Because of that , there is no real incentive to make a second visit.about 1 month ago

We like the chicken and frequent the Denton, TX location on McKinney St. Tonight we had a very bad experience with the cashier named Veronica E., who identified herself as the manager when asked to speak to a manager. I do not believe she was the mgr. & she identified herself as Monica althought the receipt said cashier: Veronica E. She was extremely rude when taking our order & continued to be very rude at the window. She had a very bad attitude & no nametag. Our order totaled $25.97.3 months ago

Anonymous Rest #4608 on 1/30/2010 order #893704 ran out of white meat and contd to take orders and would not issue refunds to customers who wanted to leave. I ordered the 11pcs mix for $9.99 and they charged me for 2 3pcs Dk and family okra and tried to give me that order. I was told by the white shirt they were holding on white meat pull around they would bring it out. There were 9 cars already waiting on orders. I was there 25 minutes. I will never go to this restaurant again and I am a regular.7 months ago
